You’ll learn more than just dance steps with optional performance opportunity at the end of the course (details TBC). Heels encouraged but not required.

Our classes involve low impact movement so we want you to be able to move freely and expect to sweat. Gym, yoga or pole wear are most common.
If you’re feeling brave pull out the fishnet stockings and bikini bottoms. As a courtesy please ensure sure nips and bits are covered.

No. While dance heels are encouraged for group courses it isn’t a requirement. During class you can wear dance heels, soft soled dance flats or socks.
We don’t recommend sneakers or runners for dance classes (except for Twerk) as the soles can be too grippy for certain movements and combinations.

Our group courses are held weekly on Monday evenings, with a new round starting every 6 weeks-ish*.
Friday casual classes are run monthly. Monday basics classes are available for casual enrolment in the 6 week cycle.
*term breaks during school holidays

Different teachers, styles and disciplines offer unique learnings to integrate and create your own style.
We just ask you leave outside drama at the door.
